HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We hope that the coming year is a good one for you and yours!

It's hard to believe that Christmas has blown by us once again and we are getting ready to start a new year! Wow, I'm not sure I accomplished all I had in mind for 2009, but I've certainly learned a few things and know what I hope for in the year to come.

Here are a few of our Christmas pics....

It's starting to look a little like Christmas!

It's hard to believe that we are already in the 2nd week of December! We attempted to get our Christmas shopping started tonight....but, I think we picked the worst day, as far as weather, so far this year! Just our luck. We did get a few things done and at least we are started.

We did however start getting our house decorated! Yay! I love the way my house feels when we put out all our decorations. There is just something warm and special about the glow of the tree and the twinkle of all the lights around the house. I just love it!!

Josie and Ava came over and helped us with the tree. They were so great! We had lots of fun....they are so full of energy and life, wish I could bottle some of that up!

Here are a few pictures......

Ava dancing....she danced all night!

ahhhhh.....at last the tree is done!

Christmas Bazaar

Yay! It's finally over...we made it through the Christmas show today! We had a really good time together, and it turned out so much better than I thought. My sisters and neice are so creative and talented and I'm so blessed to have them in my life, they are not just family, they are my best friends!

We all worked pretty hard over the past couple weeks, trying to get our stock ready and also all our display stuff. Rebekah did a fabulous job on our display...it looked awesome! Alex worked her fingers to the bone...she pretty much created and sewed every add-on bow that we had! Teresa crocheted some beautiful flowers and designed our lastest favorite item...which is a fabric collar that is really amazing. I love them all...(we will be adding those to the etsy site soon and if you haven't seen them, you'll want to check them out!) Amber created and designed our extra small line, they have a really cute and unique snap-on bow. We should have those out on the site soon too...too cute! Also, thanks to Josh  for getting my sign order ready last night...our sign was adorable!

Just want to say thanks to everyone who helped and put up with me over the past week or so....I've been a little crazy!

Here are some pics from the day.....

Halloween at the Munzer's

Well it was another exciting year at Mark and Rebekah's Halloween bash! I don't know when it started, that we got so involved in dressing for Halloween...(we like to "blame" Jeremiah and John with the idea of dressing up and say it's because they are still kids at heart) but, I think we all kinda enjoy doing it, and this year we went all out........meet the cast of the Wizard of Oz........

We had a blast and can't wait to see what we come up with next year!

Painting Pumpkins

I decided that I wanted to try to paint some pumpkins this year....I never carve or paint pumpkins, not sure why...just never have. Sometimes we may get one and stick it on the porch, but that's about it. I thought maybe my brothers would like to help....they are pretty good to me and whatever I need them to do, they are always game! It turn out to be a fun evening in the back of our shop. My younger brothers decided to piant faces on theirs...they really had a good time.

After all these years, my dad who is 76 still hand letters everything he does......he's pretty good!

We had a great time....here is what we ended up with so far..........

Josie and Gabriel's visit

I got an opportunity to babysit Gabriel this weekend and it was lots of fun! Thank goodness Josie decided to come over and help me! We had a great time, he was a handful....but we both enjoyed him so much. I love babies and kids....they grow up way too fast and you have to enjoy the moments when you get them!

Thank you Josie and Gabriel for a fun weekend!
