Stuck In On Saturday

Hello out there! I'm probably not alone, I'm sure there are many of us stuck at home on this very cold Saturday night. I had big plans for today...we were all set to head to Ikea this morning...I got up at 7:45 to get ready and was greeted with 3 inches of snow and still coming down! Disappointed a little...but oh well, at least I'll get to watch the game...and then of course UofL lost...again! What is up with them. So...I've pretty much wasted this day away, not really doing much of anything. It's a little after 8 and I'm just now starting to get a little energy, guess I'll try to clean the house or something. Hope you are doing something fun!

January Blues.....

If you are anything like me....you are probably a bit blue and praying for the sun to show itself at least a little! I get a little depressed this time of year and start looking for ways to entertain myself inside......right now, I'm working on helping my brothers do a little remodeling in their rooms. They haven't updated anything in about ten years...so it's a bit of a chore to say the least! It's keeping me occupied at the moment.

Speaking of bad weather and winter.....if you suffer at all with dry skin that is sensitive because of the winter conditions....you might try Lush's dream cream. I just started using it and love it! I have really dry skin and in the winter, I suffer a little with Eczema...but this cream really seems to help. It's pretty heavy, so if you aren't really dry...you may not like it. I also love their store. If you get a chance, stop in...it's really cool!
